The Paris Sausage Walk is a unique and festive event on the Champs-Élysées. Join us in October 2026 for an afternoon dedicated to our furry friends

The Champs-Élysées will host the 7th edition of the Paris Sausage Walk. This unique, 100% dog-friendly event in Paris is designed to be a lighthearted, friendly, and family-oriented gathering. The goal is to bring together all animal lovers - and dachshund lovers in particular - for a time of sharing and celebration on this iconic Parisian avenue. This charity event supports the organization Teckels Sans Doux Foyer, which rescues, cares for, and helps find homes for abandoned or abused dachshunds.
The walk starts at the top of the Champs-Élysées, heads toward the Rond-Point des Champs-Élysées, and then returns to the top of the Champs-Élysées. Distance: 1.4 km.
Starting at 10 a.m.: Meet at the top of the Champs-Élysées
From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.: Let's get started on the 2-hour walk (1.4 km round trip).
