From October 1 to 31, 2026, the Shangri-La Paris will take part in the global culinary celebration “Taste of Shangri-La.” For an entire month, the luxury hotel in the 16th arrondissement invites food lovers to explore the expertise of its chefs and the fusion of French and Asian culinary traditions. The event features specially designed menus at the hotel’s three restaurants: Maison Roland, Les Salons du Prince, and the Shang Palace.
