Three festive, free weekends to get a sneak peek at the future Centre Pompidou Francilien in Massy
Before its official opening in the spring of 2027, the Centre Pompidou Francilien—fabrique de l'art is opening its doors to the public for a special preview with “Prélude!”, a unique event spanning three weekends. Visitors will be able to discover this new cultural venue dedicated to conservation, creation, and the promotion of the arts, while enjoying works from the Centre Pompidou’s collections, workshops, talks, shows, and performances. Designed as a true behind-the-scenes immersion into the world of art, this event also offers a chance to explore the building’s architecture, designed by Philippe Chiambretta and his firm PCA-Stream. Each weekend will highlight a specific theme—architecture, nature and the region, followed by the collective—offering a unique perspective on this future major cultural facility in southern Île-de-France.
Schedules are provided when you book tours and activities.
