An immersive underwater experience at the Atelier des Lumières starting October 16, 2026
Starting October 16, 2026, the Atelier des Lumières will present “Planète Océan, Immersion into the Depths,” a 50-minute digital production by Jean-Baptiste Hardoin. Spanning seven chapters, the experience explores marine ecosystems, from the surface to the abyss. Thanks to 3D models by TigreLab and a soundscape featuring the voice of Claire Tran, visitors will encounter seagrass beds, reefs, pelagic fish, whales, and bioluminescent species. Created in collaboration with oceanographers Lisa Brenot and Maé Dany-Fort, the experience raises awareness of ecological issues and features an interactive space dedicated to children.
The tour lasts about 50 minutes. Opening hours begin at 10am. Closing times vary depending on the day and season.
