A street art festival highlighting urban art in Paris and the Val-de-Marne
Phénomèn'Art will be celebrating urban art in the 12th and 13th arrondissements of Paris and several towns in the Val-de-Marne (Gentilly, Ivry-sur-Seine, Vincennes, Vitry-sur-Seine, Arcueil, Alfortville, Bonneuil-sur-Marne, Cachan, Champigny-sur-Marne, Charenton-le-Pont and Fontenay-sous-Bois). The programme for this year's event, which is open to all, includes events, guided walks, introductions to street art, exhibitions, performances and meetings with the artists.
