The Amnestienne 2027: Amnesty International's Charity Run

Amnesty International France is organizing the latest edition of its sports and charity challenge, inviting teams and individual runners to run for freedom in the heart of the Bois de Vincennes

The Bois de Vincennes is hosting “L’Amnestienne,” Amnesty International France’s major sports and advocacy event. More than just a competition, this event is a celebration of activism where every step helps fund the organization’s human rights efforts. The concept is simple and accessible: a 4-hour relay race to be completed by teams of four (or solo for the bravest) on a 1.4-km loop. The race village, set up on the Esplanade Saint-Louis, comes alive in the mid-afternoon to welcome runners and supporters. Between relay handoffs, enjoy a cultural and festive program featuring batucada, DJ sets, drag shows, and a candlelit concert by Jeanne Cherhal and Gauvain Sers. It’s the perfect opportunity to turn physical effort into an act of collective resistance in a natural and friendly setting.
