On Sunday, September 6, 2026, the legendary Roland-Garros Stadium will be transformed into a huge, festive, and welcoming playground for the Padel Festival, the official opening day of the Alpine Paris Major. Designed to introduce and celebrate padel in all its forms, the event offers a rich and varied program suited to both enthusiasts and those simply curious to learn more: Tennis vs. Padel - The Legends’ Showdown (exclusive exhibition matches on Center Court featuring French tennis legends such as Richard Gasquet, Arnaud Clément, Lucas Pouille, and Fabrice Santoro, alongside padel stars); Celebrity Tournament (a festive competition bringing together personalities from sports, media, and entertainment); Clubs at Chatrier (the grand final of the national amateur tournament on the legendary Philippe-Chatrier Court); qualifying matches (official kickoff of the first qualifying rounds for the main draw); on-court access and introductory sessions, and Garden Padel (nonstop entertainment all day long with DJ sets, food trucks, foosball, pétanque, mölkky, cornhole, and spikeball).
