The Hélios orchestra performs a series of concerts based on Vivaldi's 4 Seasons, Schubert's Ave Maria and the famous Adagios

The Hélios Orchestra presents a series of concerts at the Saint-Germain-des-Prés and Madeleine churches, featuring Antonio Vivaldi’s *The Four Seasons*, Franz Schubert’s *Ave Maria*, and famous adagios. Accompanied on violin by Glen Rouxel, the orchestra will perform no fewer than a dozen works, ranging from the “Summer” and “Winter” concertos from Vivaldi’s Four Seasons to Georg Friedrich Handel’s “Sarabande,” Jules Massenet’s “Méditation from Thaïs,” Johann Sebastian Bach’s “Aria,” Franz Schubert’s “Ave Maria,” Sergei Rachmaninoff’s “Vocalise,” Tomaso Albinoni’s “Adagio in G Minor,” Johannes Brahms’s “Hungarian Dance No. 5,” Niccolò Paganini’s “Andante Cantabile,” Frédéric Chopin’s “Nocturne,” Edward Elgar’s “Salut d’Amour,” and Vittorio Monti’s “Czardas.”
