The famous play by Molière, directed by Denis Podalydès, returns to the Comédie-Française

Molière's famous play Les Fourberies de Scapin returns to the Comédie-Française from 11 September 2025 to 15 January 2026. The funny and intense production is directed by Denis Podalydès. The action takes place in the port of Naples: two sons in conflict with their authoritarian fathers call on Scapin's cunning to free themselves from their parents' control and live their lives in the open. The set design is by Eric Ruf and the costumes by Christian Lacroix. The show can be translated into English via connected glasses (to be reserved in advance).
