A spotlight on the excellence of craftsmanship and the expertise of luxury houses at the Grand Palais
From October 2 to 5, 2025, the Grand Palais in Paris will be hosting a new edition of the "Les deux mains du luxe" event, inviting visitors to discover, free of charge, the art of craftsmanship and the training required to enter it. 7 major themed areas ("Arts de la table", "Cuir & maroquinerie", "Mode & Haute Couture", "Décoration & design", "Gastronomie & hospitalité", "Joaillerie & horlogerie" and "Parfums & cosmétiques") are spread over 2500 m². More than 30 luxury houses, from Dior to Longchamp, Boucheron, Van Cleef & Arpels, Christian Louboutin, Guerlain... and many other exceptional brands, offer demonstrations by professional craftsmen and participative workshops (porcelain modeling, shoe making, gilding, crystal cutting, hand embroidery, perfume design...) as well as a program of debates, conferences and masterclasses. An exhibition in the form of totems on the Champs-Elysées showcases the skills and crafts of excellence of the luxury houses taking part in the event.
Days reserved for school groups: 2 and 3 October, from 8:30am to 5:30pm.
General public: 3 October, from 5pm to 7pm. 4 and 5 October, from 9:30am to 6pm.
