Born in New York, where it attracts hundreds of thousands of gourmets, this itinerant festival is set to make history in the French capital. The event transforms public space into a modern-day "Matsuri" (traditional festival). On the program: dozens of stands manned by chefs from Japan and the USA, preparing classics such as takoyaki, okonomiyaki, yakisoba and exclusive creations before your very eyes.
