The International Gastronomy Village will take place from September 10 to 13, 2026, at Place de la Concorde. This new edition, sponsored by Alain Ducasse, invites visitors to discover culinary products and traditions from more than 80 countries. The program includes tastings, cooking demonstrations, cultural events (shows, concerts, parades), workshops, and more. The 2026 guest of honor is Italy.
