The Septembre Indien Festival is an annual music festival that brings the Ménilmontant neighborhood in Paris to life. Organized by the association of the same name, this free, independent event aims to promote cultural diversity and social cohesion. Over the course of two days, around twenty artists with eclectic styles perform on three stages set up around Place Maurice Chevalier, across from the Notre-Dame de la Croix church. The lineup features local and up-and-coming bands, offering a variety of musical genres to suit all tastes. In addition to the concerts, the festival features stalls run by local creators and socially engaged organizations, as well as a refreshment stand and food options, creating a friendly and festive atmosphere. Pre-festival events, such as gatherings at the Couronnes Library and concerts at Lou Pascalou, further enrich the program.
