The Sunset Sunside is hosting the 21st edition of the Pianissimo Festival: more than two months dedicated to jazz piano in the heart of Paris
The famous club on Rue des Lombards is hosting the 21st edition of the Pianissimo Festival. From July 1 to September 12, 2026, this Parisian summer event will showcase the greatest masters of the keyboard as well as rising stars of the contemporary jazz scene. For more than two months, music lovers and nightlife enthusiasts will be swept up in the rhythm of a diverse array of artistic offerings: vibrant tributes to the legends of the genre (Miles Davis, Keith Jarrett, Duke Ellington, Bill Evans), explorations of bop and post-bop, and sonic journeys to the far reaches of South African rhythms or Brazilian groove. Whether solo, in a trio, or in a quartet, each evening promises an immersive experience and a rare, organic chemistry where improvisation and sensitivity remain the hallmarks.
