The festival pays a tribute to the Polish composer with many concerts and conferences which reunite the great specialists of the work of the Romantic pianist.
The "piano open doors" days allow young pianists, winners of the top international competitions, to interpret the maestro's music, to the delight of visitors. The festival is also the occasion to discover original works by contemporary composers, inspired by Chopin.
Every year the festival allows pianists to widen the maestro's repertoire, presenting the musical connections with his predecessors and his successors.
