La Place is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a ten-day festival featuring music, dance, visual arts, and hip-hop culture in the heart of Paris
La Place Paris is celebrating a decade dedicated to hip-hop culture with ten days of programming in the heart of Paris. For the occasion, the venue at La Canopée des Halles is hosting concerts, DJ sets, battles, dance performances, and artistic creations. An exhibition also traces the venue’s history through urban art, photography, video, and archival materials. Spanning rap, R&B, soul, Afro-Caribbean influences, and street culture, this anniversary brings together artists, audiences, and new generations around a culture that is constantly evolving.
