A photographic exhibition at the crossroads of art and science at the Musée de l'Homme
The exhibition ‘Les grands âges’ (The Great Ages) at the Musée de l'Homme combines art through the eyes of photographer Nikos Aliagas and science through the eyes of researcher Samuel Pavard. It invites the public to question their relationship with time, the relationships between different generations and the role that older people play in building our societies. Scenes from everyday life and portraits illustrate the three main themes of the exhibition: ‘The Natural History of Old Age,’ ‘Old Age Today,’ and ‘What About Tomorrow?’ Open to the public from 8 April 2026.
