From September 1 to October 5, 2026, the free outdoor exhibition “Portraits on Bikes” will be on display near Paris City Hall
From September 1 to October 5, 2026, the City of Paris and the Association Portraits à vélo will present “Portraits à vélo,” a free outdoor exhibition taking place in the 4th arrondissement. Conceived by Italian photographer Nicola Fioravanti, this artistic stroll invites visitors to rediscover the capital through the eyes of those who explore it by bicycle. Through a series of portraits and urban snapshots without captions, the exhibition captures the diversity of cyclists and celebrates Paris’s transformation as it embraces sustainable mobility. Each image includes a QR code providing access to the stories of the cyclists photographed, as well as to the schedule of workshops and bike rides organized as part of this cultural and socially engaged event during European Mobility Week (September 16–22, 2026).
The works are on display on Rue de Rivoli, Place Baudoyer, and Rue de Lobau, just outside City Hall
