Immerse yourself in the Land of the Rising Sun with the ‘Passion Japan’ exhibition at the Espace Chapiteaux in La Villette, from 19 March to 23 August 2026. Life-size sets, objects, monumental projections and digital animations allow the public to discover the essentials of Japanese culture, from the atmosphere of the bustling city of Tokyo to the picturesque and authentic district of Kyoto, from the peaceful tea ceremony to the splendours of Edo-period prints, from the art of manga to Japanese culinary flavours. A restaurant area completes the journey.
