Spotlight on the history of Korean aesthetics
"K-Beauty : Beauté coréenne, histoire d'un phénomène" explores the historical roots and meteoric rise of Korean aesthetics, which have become a global benchmark and a veritable social phenomenon. From the sober elegance of the Joseon era to contemporary technological innovations, the exhibition reveals the manufacturing secrets and skincare rituals that punctuate daily life in Korea. Through a selection of precious objects - porcelain blush boxes, bronze mirrors and toiletries - modern digital installations and a sensory and educational trail, visitors discover how beauty has become a veritable cultural vector.
