Ravel's "Boléro" is transformed into an immersive electronic music experience during a free concert in Romainville

On Wednesday, June 24, 2026, Romainville’s new FAST cultural district will host “Rave-L Party,” a spectacular production by the Les Apaches dance company created to mark the 150th anniversary of Maurice Ravel’s birth. Presented as part of FASTIVAL, the opening festival of Europe’s largest cultural district, this free show reimagines the composer’s world through an immersive experience where classical music and electronic culture converge. Taking Ravel’s famous *Boléro* as its starting point, the performance gradually transforms the concert into a true collective celebration. DJ sets, orchestral remixes, dance, live videos, and music performed on stage blend together in a hybrid production that blurs the lines between a concert hall and an electronic music club. Housed in former industrial spaces renovated by the Fiminco Group, the FAST becomes the venue for a festive and innovative evening celebrating the spirit of experimentation that drove the French composer.
