"A quiet celebration": Paul Simon's masterful tour at Grand Rex
Following the success of his U.S. tour, Paul Simon, renowned songwriter and composer, continues his European tour at the Grand Rex on May 3 and 4, 2026. The artist is accompanied by a group of musicians including Mark Stewart on guitar, Bakithi Kumalo on bass, Steve Gadd on drums, Andy Snitzer on saxophone, Jamey Haddad on percussion, Mick Rossi on piano and keyboards, Gyan Riley on guitar, Nancy Stagnitta on flute, Caleb Burhans on viola and Eugene Friesen on cello. The concert opens with the 33-minute masterpiece "Seven Psalms", applauded by the international press. After a brief pause, the concert resumes with a selection of Simon's greatest hits, as well as rarer, sometimes never-before-staged tracks, all carefully rearranged for the occasion of this tour.
