La terrasse de la Folie L5, située au 2ème étage, offre un splendide point de vue sur le parc de la Villette, le canal de l’Ourcq et la Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie.
Waste sorting, composting of organic waste, accounting of recycling, hydroponic agriculture, energy indepedant thanks to solar panels, permacultural space design underway (May 2017).
- Physical disability: carpark with reserved disabled space(s), floor-level entrance or ramp, lowered/adapted reception desk/till, communal disabled toilets with grab rail and adapted sink, alternatives to stairs (lift, stairlift, ramp).
- Visual impairment: transparent glass walls/doors marked with contrasting elements, no obtacles at eye level, stairs with tactile and visual contrast before first step down and with continuous hand rail and contrasting step edges, lift with adapted keypad (buttons in relief and/or braille) and speaker to announce floor numbers, information in large font and at a resonable reading height.
