M6B2, also known as the Biodiversity Tower, is a high-rise social housing block, complete with balconies, built in 2016 by Maison Edouard François in the Paris Rive Gauche district. It is easily recognisable, with its reflective planted exterior. The wind carries the seeds of the wild plants across the city, enhancing the biodiversity of the urban environment. The tower block also houses a hostel for young workers, shops and a crèche on the ground floor, and has a garden for residents.
