Théâtre 13 values companies with young talents. In the program: classical and contemporary pieces and music shows with a different theme each week. Théâtre 13 also organises a course for young directors: le Prix Théâtre 13. A second auditorium opened in 2011, located close to the Bibliothèque François Mmitterand.

- Physical disability: side-alley access from boulevard Auguste Blanqui, both auditoriums are accessible, non-adapted toilets (adapted public toilets 150m away, on the central reservation at 98-100 Boulevard Auguste Blanqui).
- Visual impairment: live audio description via headset (reservation required at least 7 days in advance) for select performances. Free service.
- Hearing impairment: French Sign Language interpretation for select performances. Free service.
