The architect Théodore Ballu, to whom we owe the reconstruction of the Hôtel de Ville (Paris City Hall), built La Trinité between 1861 and 1867. In this church situated close to the department stores, metal is omnipresent and the decoration is inspired by Renaissance forms, Of note to see for the visitor, works by Elie Delaunay, Félix Barrias and Félix Jobbé-Duva more vivid. The church’s little public garden is a pleasant place to stop and admire the fine monumental facade of the building.
