Parc Kellermann is the largest park in the 13th arrondissement. It was built on the former Thiers wall, Paris’s last defensive wall. Its typical 1930s design, on two levels, features a French garden, children’s play areas, a fitness circuit, a football pitch and tennis courts. During the summer, a mobile games library proposes free fun activities for children. Since 2017, the park has also been home to an urban educational farm, where children and families can discover all kinds of animals including Ouessant sheep, dwarf goats, chickens, turkeys and rabbits.
