5 avenue Debidour - 75019 Paris
Buttes-Chaumont - Belleville
Situated in the Mouzaia and Danube districts, this park was designed by Louis Azéma, one of the architects of the Palais de Chaillot. Created in 1939, it is located on one of the hills that were part of a series of gypsum quarries that extended to the Buttes Chaumont. It overlooks the Pré Saint-Gervais plain. This landscaped park has remarkable trees and offers the walker belvederes with views, large lawns, and expanses of heather. During the festival Paris Quartier d'été, concerts are regularly held here.
