PARK-GARDEN-PROMENADE

Parc de Choisy

128 avenue de Choisy - 75013 Paris Place d’Italie – Chinese district

Since April 25, 2026, the Parc de Choisy has been home to the Stele in Memory of the Victims of Agent Orange. This monument, the first of its kind in Europe, pays tribute to the millions of victims of this herbicide used during the Vietnam War.

Discover it on your walk:

  • The Stele and the Tree: a glass work by artist Kim Doan Quoc accompanies a Davidia involucrata (or "handkerchief tree"), symbolizing resilience and peace
  • Educational exhibition: take advantage of your visit to browse the exhibition installed on the park's gates. It recounts the history of this environmental disaster and the struggle for recognition of the victims
The Parc de Choisy, located in Paris?s Chinatown district, is of classical inspiration. Rectangular in shape, it has a large pool and a vast esplanade at its centre. On either side of the esplanade, there are play areas and rest areas. The park is also home to a fine collection of trees (ash, lime, ginkgo biloba, etc.).

Open 8am/9am - 5:45pm/7pm/7:30pm/8:30pm/9:30pm (according to the season).
