Musée national Eugène-Delacroix

Located in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, in the last flat and studio of the painter Eugène Delacroix (1798-1863), the Musée national Eugène-Delacroix forms a unique and captivating museum space with a beautiful garden, a rare place in Paris.

Discover the last place where the painter Eugène Delacroix lived, in the company of his housekeeper and confidante Jenny Le Guillou, thanks to an immersive audio tour available free of charge on the museum's app: https://application.musee-delacroix.fr/.

Museum staff share their passion for the Musée Delacroix and its collections with the public. Aimed at all ages, these 15-minute encounters offer a different way of discovering the museum, through the eyes and knowledge of the museum staff, punctuated by anecdotes about the life and work of Eugène Delacroix.

Tours of the museum every day at 3.30pm, led by museum staff, except on free Sundays and public holidays.

Admission to the museum is free for everyone on the first Sunday of every month and on 14 July.

The Louvre entrance ticket gives free access to the Musée Delacroix on the day of booking at the Musée du Louvre or on the next day that the museum is open.
