-Physical disability: the house has numerous obstacles and is not accessible to those in a wheelchair. Generally, the museum has several obstacles that effect free movement in the exhibition rooms and garden such as steps, lower branches, etc. For visitors in wheelchairs or those who cannot access the upstairs, the museum offers a free audio guide. A booklet of photos of the museum spaces and commentated works are also available.
-Visual impairment: no obstacles at eye level (wall lamps, displays, staircases, etc.) For the stairs: tactile and visual contrast 50cm before the first step down. Continuous hand rail.
-Audio impairment: possibility to served and/or pay online. Welcome desk equipped with hearing loop. Room equipped with hearing loop (theatre, cinema, conference, etc.) Bright flash and alarm for fire alarm (where the hard of hearing may be alone such as in the toilet).
-Mental disability: trained/sensitive staff. Easy-to-read signs. No dark areas.
