Successively a music hall, theatre, then cinema, the Bataclan has now reverted to its original purpose as an auditorium. Some of the biggest names in music, French (Alain Bashung, IAM, NTM ...) and international (Prince, Oasis, Robbie Williams ...) have all performed in this legendary venue, located between Place de la Bastille and Place de la République.
