Restaurant:

The must-visit address in the Marais district! Chef Thomas Coupeau has set up shop at the Fondation, offering a café-restaurant with tasty cuisine during the day and evening.
At lunchtime, in the afternoon and in the evening, gourmet comfort food is served, inspired by the chef's childhood memories, the recipes of his restaurant-owning parents and the aromas of the pots prepared by his Vietnamese grandparents. The menu, in tune with the seasons, is renewed every week; you may be lucky enough to enjoy tasty baked sweet potatoes, dressed in a fresh chive cream and barley miso lacquer, or mac'n'chesse cacio e pepe style, accompanied by one of the natural wines carefully selected by the team. For dessert or afternoon tea, banana bread, cookies, profiteroles and other delightful pastries await you - topped off with a chai latte or fragrant tea.
An opportunity to take a break after an exhibition visit, surrounded by works by contemporary artists, in the exceptional setting designed by Rem Koolhaas.
