Lafayette Anticipations is a Foundation dedicated to the arts, presenting exhibitions with free access for all, as well as numerous events (including workshops for kids and adults, tours, concerts, performances...). Located in a unique building designed by the architect Rem Koolhaas / OMA, Lafayette Anticipations is also a place of experimentation, where there are studios that provide artists with the means and materials to produce their works.

Educational activities:

The outreach team welcomes the public throughout the day to exchange views, impressions and opinions on the works and artists on display. They also regularly offer practical art workshops on visual arts, fashion, design and performance - for kids and adults.

Restaurant:

The café-restaurant at Lafayette Anticipations, Café Mātēr, was entrusted to Studio Carbón by Sabrina Goldin and Stéphane Abby (duo behind the restaurants Carbón, Carboni’s, Cantina, Asado Club and members of the international collective New Makers) known in the restaurant industry for creating contemporary and avant-garde places. They are committed to bringing together cultures, natural and urban environments in a collective dynamic.
