Pre-show or after-show snacks, at the bar adjoining the restaurant or in the hall, menus and à la carte dishes offer a constantly updated cuisine. The Restaurant & Bar La Scala Paris, whether in terms of products, mainly organic, or the environmental impact of the kitchens, is committed to ethical cooking. At the head of this new address on the Parisian culinary scene, Danièle and Georges SENGEL, parents of Mélanie BIESSY, founders and former proprietors of the restaurant ZIMMER–SENGEL in Strasbourg. They have dedicated their lives to gastronomy and the art of entertaining. Their aim: to give a soul to the Restaurant & Bar La Scala Paris, a new lively venue in the 10th arrondissement.
