Opéra - Grands Boulevards
On the corner of Rue d'Aboukir and Rue des Petits Carreaux is an impressive plant wall. Created by Patrick Blanc – who invented the concept of a plant wall – this 25-metre-high vertical garden is a great splash of greenery in the district and a huge spot for biodiversity. It houses 7,000 plants and 237 different plant species.
