Created a stone's throw from Paris City Hall and inaugurated in 2025, the Jardin mémoriel du 13 novembre 2015 on Place Saint-Gervais is a free place open to all, dedicated to the victims of the November 13, 2015 attacks. Created in consultation with victims' associations, the garden evokes the places affected - Bataclan, Le Carillon, Le Petit Cambodge, La Belle Équipe, Le Comptoir Voltaire, Le Stade de France - symbolized by granite blocks. Seasonal vegetation, night lighting, the Saint-Gervais elm and a new peace olive tree underline the balance between memory, appeasement and urban life.
