Immeuble Home

8 rue Nicole-Reine Lepaute - 75013 Paris
‘Home’ was designed and built in 2015 by two architecture firms: Hamonic+Masson & Associés and Comte Vollenweider. Situated in the Paris Rive Gauche district, it was the first residential high-rise building constructed in Paris since the 1970s. The flats are a mix of social housing and affordable options for first-time buyers. At first sight the building appears to be rectilinear, but in fact one side is made up of a succession of tiered terraces while the other side comprises apartments ‘stacked’ irregularly one on top of the other.
