CULTURAL CENTRE AND INSTITUTE

Fiminco Foundation

43 rue de la Commune de Paris - 93230 Romainville
The Fiminco Foundation is reinvesting a former industrial wasteland in Romainville, just outside Paris and accessible by metro, to turn it into a resource centre for artists from all over the world, open to all. Designed with artists in mind, this new facility provides them with spaces, tools and support to help them create an ideal working environment, promoting encounters between all art forms. The new FAST cultural district brings together in one place all the ingredients needed to create a genuine ecosystem of contemporary creation for artists: the Fiminco Foundation's international artists' residence, exhibition spaces, seven contemporary art galleries - Air de Paris, Galerie Sator, Galerie Jocelyn Wolff, In Situ - Fabienne Leclerc, Maëlle Galerie , Galerie D. and Quai 36, the audiovisual production company Gingerlemon, the gallery - bookshop and design and book-making workshop Laurel Parker Book, a campus of the Parsons Paris art and design school, as well as a printing house Après Midi Lab and the reserves of the Frac Île-de-France. The site is also home to the Compagnie Blanca Li dance studio.
