At La Maison de l’Immersif (formerly the Cité de l’Histoire), beneath the Grande Arche in Paris-La Défense, get ready to experience an unprecedented technological and cultural challenge.
Equipped with a state-of-the-art VR headset, you’ll be transported into a 500 m² space with complete freedom of movement. Guided by a companion, you’ll leave the 21st century behind to explore 800 years of history and secrets:
An incredible journey through time: From the Middle Ages to the present day, witness the building’s construction in the 13th century, traverse major historical eras, and step into the heart of the current restoration project.

Secret and inaccessible places: Walk up close to the Gothic stained-glass windows, admire Viollet-le-Duc’s spire, explore the legendary roof structure nicknamed “the Forest,” and take in spectacular panoramic views.
