21 place Joffre - 75007 Paris Musée d'Orsay - Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Tour Eiffel - Invalides
At the end of the Champ-de-Mars park, you arrive at the impressive façade of the École Militaire, built under the reign of Louis XV to train young cadets for the royal army. It later welcomed the country's greatest warriors, including Napoleon Bonaparte. Today, the lavishly decorated establishment houses the higher military education bodies that train officers, and can be visited during the Heritage Days.
