Double Fond, le café-théâtre de la magie

Located in the heart of the Marais, the café-theatre of magic welcomes you in a particularly friendly atmosphere and the very picturesque setting of the Place du Marché Sainte Catherine. The only place in France where you can see magic all year round, the Double Fond offers an original concept: during the meal, our waiter-magicians come to perform magic at your table, and then, in the basement, you'll discover shows that definitely update the image of magic. No grand illusions or sawed-off women, but interactive magic, right before your eyes, full of humour and totally stunning! The 50-seat auditorium offers ideal conditions for creating a privileged contact with the spectators who, in the great tradition of Parisian cafés-theatres, are seated just a few centimetres away from the artists who perform on stage. Your customers will remember these unusual, magical and convivial moments!

- Tuesday (except in winter): 5pm to 2am, non-stop entertainment with our magician-waiters
- Wednesday to Friday: 5pm to 2am, non-stop entertainment with our magician-waiters, public show at 9pm.
- Saturday: 2pm to 2am, non-stop entertainment with our magician-waiters, magic show and magic workshop for children at 2.30pm and 4.30pm (except in August) and public show at 9pm
- Sunday: 3pm to 2am (midnight from October to March), non-stop entertainment with our magician-waiters, magic show and workshop for children at 2.30pm and 4.30pm (except in August).

The chef offers you a gustatory journey in the form of many different tapas with subtle and varied flavours. Your taste buds are in for a treat and there will be something for everyone's taste!

Disability

Le Double Fond offers a special package adapted to disabled people: for €10 per person, we welcome you at the bar with a soft drink of your choice and two 15 minute shows by our magician-waiters. Please note that access to the show on the lower ground floor is difficult for physically-disabled people. Unfortunately we have not yet received authorization to carry out the necessary work to improve access.
