The Accessibility Guide for both Disney Parks provides all the information necessary for disabled visitors to get the most out of their trip.
The ticket with a discount (10%) should be requested directly at the ticket offices and on presentation of a valid proof of status, with the possibility of free access for an adult and non-disabled accompanying person.
Disabled visitor priority access cards should be requested from ‘City Hall’ (Disneyland) or at ‘Studio Services’ (Walt Disney Studios®).
