Exceptional dining in the evening. When the château is empty of visitors, the restaurant becomes the setting for grand dinners, as in the King's time, for exclusive events. The restored salons evoke the splendors of yesteryear. Historic menus, Marie-Antoinette's porcelain exclusively reissued, French-style service, staff in full regalia. Tailor-made organization with a vast 500 m2 surface area divided into several spaces: two dining rooms and three intimate lounges, for events (cocktail or dinner), from 2 to 120 people. Partial or full privatization.
Alain Ducasse drew his inspiration from the historic menus of the 18th century. But behind the ancient names lies a highly contemporary interpretation of cuisine. On the table, an imposing plant ornament creates a surprise. An unexpected meeting of sumptuous objects takes place, from vintage pieces to more contemporary creations.
