The idea is to orchestrate a beautiful, convivial meal with a generous Italian menu based on dishes to share and based on the great classics of the house. The menu is seasonal and changes every 3 months. Depending on the trattoria, it is possible to offer a sit-down meal for all guests or a cocktail buffet format (seated and standing guests).
