From 28 October to 1 November 2026, the Salon du Chocolat & de la Pâtisserie will celebrate its 30th anniversary at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. A true global benchmark, the event brings together chocolatiers, pastry chefs, artisans, producers, and enthusiasts around 240 exhibitors from 30 countries, spread across 20,000 m². Demonstrations by top chefs, tastings, workshops, conferences, and immersive experiences will punctuate the five-day event, including the Pastry Show and 230 gourmet workshops. The legendary chocolate dress fashion show is getting a makeover this year with “Incandescence, le Cabaret Rock,” a musical spectacle blending chocolate, fashion, and artistic creation. More than just a trade show, it’s an international showcase of the expertise, creativity, and innovation of the chocolate and pastry industry.
