From 28 October to 1 November 2026, the Salon du Chocolat & de la Pâtisserie celebrates its 30th anniversary at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. Recognised as the world's leading chocolate event, it brings together renowned chocolatiers, pastry chefs, artisans, producers, and chocolate lovers for five days of live demonstrations, tastings, workshops, conferences, and immersive experiences. This anniversary edition introduces a brand-new musical show, reinventing the iconic chocolate fashion show, alongside the famous Pastry Show, hands-on workshops, and themed discovery spaces. More than an exhibition, it is a celebration of creativity, craftsmanship, and innovation that transforms Paris into the world capital of chocolate.
