Hosted in Paris from 29 September to 3 October 2026 by the Muséum national d'Histoire naturelle, the EAZA Annual Conference is the largest annual gathering of zoo and aquarium professionals in Europe. More than 1,000 participants (including zoo directors, researchers, veterinarians, conservation specialists, NGOs, and institutional partners) come together to share best practices and the latest advances in animal welfare, population management, scientific research, education, and biodiversity conservation. The programme features scientific sessions, workshops, an exhibition, technical visits to the Paris Zoological Park and the Ménagerie du Jardin des Plantes, as well as exclusive networking events.
