For over 25 years, the Salon du Chocolat in Paris has been delighting gourmets of all ages.
Every year, thousands of visitors flock to the Paris Exhibition Centre to meet the 280 exhibitors. They include pastry chefs, confectioners, cocoa-producing countries and, of course, chocolate makers from all over the world (France, Belgium, Austria, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Portugal, etc.). During the 5-day event, there will be a number of other activities on offer. Visitors can attend the Pastry Show (recipe demonstrations by top chefs), the Cacao Show (shows from cocoa-producing countries), the Chocosphère (conferences and tastings), workshops for adults and children and, of course, the famous chocolate dress parade.
