Vélotour: the 2025 edition

An unusual event offering a bike ride in Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines in the Yvelines department

After delighting Parisian cyclists, the Vélotour is coming to Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines! This unique event invites young and old alike to (re)discover the city in a fun way, following a bike route full of surprises. Costumes recommended, good humour guaranteed!

The 2025 edition will take place on Sunday 18 May, starting from the Colline d'Élancourt, the highest point in the Île-de-France region and an Olympic site during the Paris 2024 Games. An impressive setting for the launch of this extraordinary cycling adventure.

A unique and festive experience

The Vélotour is not a race, but an original ride through places that are usually closed to cyclists. In Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, participants will cover approximately 17 km, accessible to all, passing through iconic sites in and around the town. Among the places visited are France Miniature, gymnasiums and many other areas that are usually inaccessible by bike.

The atmosphere is friendly and festive, with entertainment throughout the route. Whether with friends, family or colleagues, everyone will enjoy this joyful ride, pedalling freely with a smile on their face.
