Visual disability: transparent glass doors and walls with contrasting elements, absence of obstacles at face level to impede circulation, stairs with touch-sensitive and visual contrast before the first descending step, with continuous handrails and contrasting stair edges.
Hearing disability: booking and/or payments available to do online, flashing lights when fire alarm sounds in adapted rooms.
Mental disability: legible and easy-to-understand signaling system using pictograms, supervised entry and visible from the reception desk.
