Saemes

Saemes, a parking specialist in Paris and the Île-de-France region, assists both individuals and businesses with their parking needs. With 63 parking facilities—including 35 public parking facilities in Paris—Saemes has a network capable of meeting a variety of needs.
Are you organizing an event, a seminar, a trade show, or a reception? Saemes supports you in your project by offering the option to reserve parking spaces within its facilities and by addressing your specific requests.
Ideally located near major monuments, event venues, business centers, and key tourist attractions, Saemes parking facilities make it easy to reach your destinations. Most of our public parking garages also feature elevators leading to ground level, accessible to people with limited mobility.
Whether for a one-time need or for organizing an event spanning several days, Saemes makes its network available to you to facilitate parking for your cars, motorcycles, or electric vehicles.

Sustainable approach

Since Saemes is committed to providing all its customers with comprehensive services, all Saemes residential and public parking facilities are ISO 9001 certified for operations, management, maintenance, renovation, construction, safety and cleanliness oversight, and the development of complementary services.
In December 2011, Saemes became the first parking operator in France to be certified under the ISO 14001 Environmental Management Standard. This recognition of its daily commitment to reducing the environmental impact of its operations was successfully renewed in 2015, 2020, and November 2023. For several years, Saemes has been committed to reducing its environmental impact. Protecting the environment through the efficient management of energy, waste, and natural resources, as well as the eco-responsible behavior of its staff, is an essential component of its organizational culture.
In 2022, Saemes renewed its European CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) certification, initiated by the CEEP (European Centre of Employers and Enterprises providing Public Services) with the support of the European Commission. This certification aims to encourage companies in the European Union to develop best practices in social and environmental responsibility, whether in the areas of governance, innovation, external communication, or social cohesion.
